The event will be held at Horseshoe Ranch located south of Cordes Junction and east of I-17 in the Bloody Basin area adjacent to the Agua Fria River This historic ranch headquarters is wholly surrounded by the 71,000-acre Aqua Fria National Monument, which contains critical wildlife habitat and an extensive network of Native American sites.
The usual business meeting will be taking place, including AWF elections, resolutions, and a post-Annual Meeting board of directors meeting. Beyond that we plan to have enjoyable speakers, great camaraderie.
Our Awards Event Saturday evening will be the meal that will be provided for you and your cost will be included in your registration fees. This does mean you will need to bring your own supplies for other meals and your own food preparation equipment. Propane stoves are the best bet for your own cooking requirements.
