All Afield Hike With AWF - Picture Canyon

Join us for our next All Afield Hike with AWF at this 478-acre Picture Canyon Natural and Cultural Preserve in Flagstaff! We are thrilled to be partnering with the Arizona Trail Association for this special hike celebrating National Public Lands Day. We will hike for approximately 3 miles, starting at the parking area and then heading North on Tom Moody until intersecting with the Arizona Trail (AZT) and heading East then Southeast on the AZT to the Rio de Flag Bridge. At the bridge, we will do a short out and back to the Waterbird Petroglyph Site, then continue to the Waterfall, a great place for lunch and a rest!

During the hike, we will utilize the mobile apps iNaturalist and Merlin to identify all sorts of flora and fauna in the area.
